Kareem Taylor is an entrepreneur, speaker and author.

Kareem built his reputation as an American voiceover narrator for clients including CNN, AT&T, Mercedes Benz, ESPN, Comedy Central and more, respectively. He has recorded over 500 promos and commercials for clients across the globe.

After recording commercials, Kareem became fascinated with how brands leveraged their strengths to entice consumers. He watched as the same commercials he voiced ended up becoming global sensations. Inspired, Kareem moved from New York City to Los Angeles to work on the other side of entertainment marketing, helping to produce some of those same ideas.

Today, Kareem helps marketing agencies tell their own stories. His professional experience includes leading business development teams at entertainment marketing agencies. His specific remit has been to help create new beliefs around internal products and/or services.

His book, Get Your Life! The Transforming Power of Turning Fate Into Fortune is a 162-page manifesto written to inspire and motivate. The book was supported by a multi-city tour complete with bookstore visits, speeches and workshops.

Kareem is also a highly sought after speaker. To date, he has spoken at marketing conferences on four continents. He has also been invited to organizations including Google, the Pasadena Law Enforcement Association and the PromaxBDA Conference.

As a contributing editor at PromaxBDA's Daily Brief, Kareem interviews television executives, agency owners and media professionals on storytelling, mentorship and leadership.

In 2016 and 2017, Kareem was a breakout speaker at INBOUND, HubSpot’s annual marketing conference in Boston. His talks have allowed marketing professionals to acquire the tools and inspiration necessary to strengthen and nurture the work they’re passionate about.

Lastly, Kareem hosts Encounter Camp, a professional development retreat on a mission to change the way people make decisions. It takes place every year in the San Bernardino mountains and has attracted sponsors including Health-Ade Kombucha, KIND and Scout Books.
